That means that MomentPath experienced an error when trying to send a real-time text message update. 

You will see this message if you create a moment which sends an text message to a recipient who has previously replied STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to earlier MomentPath updates. 

To fix this, ask the family member with the phone number causing this error to text START or YES to 317.483.0172 (the MomentPath text messaging number) to opt in again.
