After deactivating an account in MomentPath, you may need to reactivate them! Follow these steps to reactivate an account:

1. Tap on the “People” tab

2. Tap on the “filter” button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Then check the checkbox to show inactive people.

3. Scroll to find the account you would like to reactivate, then tap to open their profile.

4. From the “Actions” drop-down menu, select “Re-activate user”

5. Confirm that you would like to reactivate the user. Reactivating a parent account will allow the parent to log into MomentPath again.
