Real time updates can be turned on for individual family members. These alerts can be customized to  the care givers that only wish to receive an end of day summary to the family members that would appreciate a timely alert for each moment both receive exactly what they need. 

  1. To activate real time updates, tap on the family member's profile, then scroll down to the "My Relationships" section:

2. Use the check boxes to select which moments you would like to receive real time updates for:

3. Ensure your provider has your phone number added into MomentPath so we know where to send your SMS updates!

  • Email: Real time updates will be sent via email
  • SMS: Updates will be sent via text message
  • Push: Updates will show up on your phone's lock screen and via badges when your phone is unlocked.
