The Scheduling tool in MomentPath allows you to create reservations for when people will be attending your center in the future.
To begin, click Scheduling from the Main Menu. From this screen you can see all future reservations and create new reservations. To create a new reservation, click Add.
Complete the necessary details for the reservation:
- Repeat Schedule
- Arrival Time
- End Time
Click Save if you only need to create one reservation - or you can click Save & Create Another to create multiple reservations.
Once completed, you will be taken back to the main Scheduling screen, where you will now be able to view the reservations you just created.
If you need to view reservations for a specific user, you can search for them in the People screen and then select the Reservations tab on their profile.
