Families will receive an invoice via email once you have assigned a plan to their child/student/guest/person.

They can either click the Pay Now button or login to MomentPath via the app or the website. Once they login, their Feed will feature a Billing section right at the top! They can click the Pay Now button right from the dashboard.

Clicking the Pay Now button directs them to the Billing tab of their profile. 

If they haven't already added payment methods to their profile, this will be the first necessary step before making a payment.

They can add a bank account or a credit card from this screen.

Once a card and/or bank account have been added, they can setup AutoPay. They will need to choose which type of account to use for the auto payments. 

If they choose not to enable AutoPay, families can make payments by clicking the Pay button on the Billing tab.

They will be taken to the Pay Invoice Now screen.

They will be able to select a Payment Source and Payment Amount before submitting their payment.

Previous invoices can be viewed by navigating to the Billing tab.
