Items allow you to charge for fees and payments outside of the regularly scheduled payment plans for care at your center. 

Some examples of this include:

  • late fee
  • early arrival fee
  • supplies
  • extra day per week

Creating an Item is very similar to creating a Plan, you just won't pick a scheduling frequency, as these are intended to be as needed or one-off charges.

From the Main Menu, choose Billing and then select the Plans & Items tab.

Click +Add.

Use a description that will make sense for both yourself and family members, as this will be visible to the person making payments.
Put in an amount.
Click Save.
Repeat as necessary.
